Tyson not only has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the gym and exercising, but he has an awesome, friendly, bubbly personality that makes achieving your goals so easy!

I had been going to the gym for about a year with the intention of losing weight. I would primarily attend group fitness classes and sometimes do my own weight training, but I was never able to lose any weight. Then after starting personal training with Tyson I was able to lose 4 kgs in 1 month.

It’s an amazing experience training along side Tyson. He pushes you when you need it and it’s his encouragement and positivity that makes me look forward to the next session, and the one after too!
